(2) Test of the maximum operating radius of civil multi-rotor UAV

Mount the prescribed task counterweight, control the UAV to take off vertically to the typical operating height, consume 10% of the full power, and according to the formula, this test will be carried out three times.

(3) Maximum flat flight speed test of civil multi-rotor UAV

Control the UAV to take off vertically to the specified operating altitude, and until the horizontal flight speed is within the stable range of (10.05s) Vhm for 5 seconds, the test is carried out four times, two times each, and the average value is taken.

(4) Track accuracy of the civil multi-rotor UAV

The UAV should receive no less than 8 navigation satellite signals, load the full counterweight, fly in accordance with the mission, and compare the collected position data with the preset track.

(5) High-temperature condition performance test of civil multi-rotor UAV

It is divided into two tests: high temperature storage and high temperature working.

(6) Low-temperature condition performance test of civil multi-rotor UAV

It is divided into two tests, cryogenic storage and cryogenic work.

(7) Performance test of wet and heat conditions of civil multi-rotor UAV

Hot and humid test shall be carried out in accordance with the 6167.4-2014 - HB.

(8) Radiation launch test of civil multi-rotor UAV

The test frequency band is at 30 MHz ~ 6 GHz, and the test is conducted at 3M, 10M, and 30M test distances.

(9) Radio frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity test of civil multi-rotor UAV

The test is carried out in the anechoic chamber and is arranged according to GB/T 17626.3.

(1) Domestic UAV certification

3. Other tests of the drones

(1) If the UAV has GPS Beidou satellite positioning and navigation functions, it can also carry out special tests of satellite positioning and navigation, such as first capture time, receiver sensitivity, lock loss capture time, suppression and transmission self-interference, positioning accuracy, positioning speed, location report, communication query, and launch frequency.

(2) UAV will produce sound during take-off, flight and landing, and acoustic testing can be carried out. It is common to test product noise, product bottom noise, noise distribution, sound pressure level, sound power level, sound quality and noise source analysis.
